Maria Sikoutris- DiIorio lived her own My Big Fat Greek Wedding - until she didn’t.
Raised in a traditional Greek family, and told by her father she should have been a boy, Maria learned early that having a voice and using it are not always the same thing.
Over time, she found her own.
And it changed everything.
As a psychotherapist, clinic director, author, speaker, and entrepreneur, Maria has witnessed what becomes possible when people stop living by someone else's script and begin speaking from their own.
Her belief that "voice is everything" was earned. - earned in ways you’ll want to hear.
Today, Maria brings what she has learned beyond the therapy room and into the world through stories, conversations, books, and media that remind people of something deeply human:

It is knowing that your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and dreams deserve space. It is the ability to advocate for yourself, set boundaries, ask questions, and communicate your truth with authenticity and respect.
Every human being is born with a voice. Not every human being gets to use it.
